So how are Rogers currently handing roaming users from outside the country?

I had a HTC phone I bought in Amsterdam airport, full list price, it was unlocked. I've used it for a couple of years with a pre-pay UK SIM card from the Three.co.uk network, works great for data and voice. My normal contract is with US AT&T but that was SIM only.

When ever I was in Toronto I was sure I was using Rogers with my HTC Touch Pro phone and my AT&T Data contract. The more I hear about the draconian Rogers network, the less I think the US Cell companies suck, but they really do, so that makes Rogers much worse.
